Moscow has accused Georgia of non-constructive approach to the issues tied with the situation in the South Caucasus. The statement released by the Russian Foreign Ministry says that the activities of the Georgian delegation at the Geneva international negotiations do not contribute to the normalization of situation in the region.

`Yet another round of the Geneva negotiations have shown that Georgia`s position is still non-constructive and negligent to find practical ways for reinforcing peace and security in the region,` the statement says.

The Russian authorities exemplify the report submitted by the Georgian government to the UN General Assembly. The report says describes situation in occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali region.
